ANTHONY Z. FERNANDEZ
DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI SERVICE AWARD
This national award was created in 1995 in the memory of Brother Anthony Z. Fernandez in recognition of his exceptional level of service to the Fraternity. Brother Fernandez was a long-time member of the Chicago Alumni Chapter, a national officer, and was very involved in alumni matters around the country. Alumni chapters may select one member each year to receive this award. Recipients are to be selected from those who volunteer an additional level of service to the Fraternity. Appropriately, the very first presentation of this award was made in Chicago.
